Crissy Turino
Crissy Turino is the Chief Plan Officer at CountyCare and Cook County Health where she has held progressive leadership roles since 2017 and now leads the plan-wide strategic planning cycle, accreditation, project and program management, member experience, and growth. CountyCare Health Plan, owned by Cook County Health is the largest Medicaid plan in Cook County serving over 413,000 residents. Crissy has committed her career to strengthening the health system and creating new resources to increase access to quality, equitable care. Prior to joining Cook County Health, Crissy focused on health equity initiatives and advocacy programs at the Office of Student Health and Wellness at Chicago Public Schools, the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Public Health, and Champaign County Health Care Consumers. A graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago, Crissy earned a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Maternal and Child Health, and a Master of Business Administration.
